Big Congratulations to Bailey Pituch, United Way Community School Director at Union City Elementary School! 🎉

Bailey was recently accepted into the Teach For America's Rural School Leadership Academy (RSLA), a yearlong program that brings together leaders from rural schools and communities across the country.

For Bailey, it’s an opportunity to learn from other rural leaders, share ideas and bring new perspectives back to Union City Elementary and our Community School Model here in Erie County.

A well-deserved recognition of Bailey’s leadership and commitment to her school community.
