I see people online and in person at my office. This page is for anyone who needs it. I am hoping to help better people's mental health and normalize the use of counseling and therapy. I hope that there are things that are on here that are inspiring, hopeful, insightful, and make you smile! It has been my dream to start my own private practice for a LONG time. I have worked in many places in this

awesome field: on the front line of people with severe mental health, with adolescent boys and girls, along with their families, groups for adults, at a state prison for men, and worked at several private practice. I have an extensive background in treating trauma. I am also an empath. If there are any specific things I can help you with, send me a message and I will have an answer or point you in a good direction to get it. About My Services:

I offer individual, family, couples, and group therapy to children, adolescents, teenagers, and adults. I welcome anyone from the LBGT plus community. I also help work with people seeking gender reassignment process to assist in therapy so they can obtain hormone replacements, surgery, name changes and other issues. I also work with people who have been charged with DUI and seeking court ordered therapy. Children of divorced, separated, or divorcing parents are safe to come to my office without fear of parents fighting in therapy. Some parents and children come to see me to help with communication, behavioral concerns, and working through family problems. I currently have a group that meets to work on interpersonal relationships, boundaries and anxiety. If you are interested in being a part of a specific group, please ask. The current group was formed by someone asking and I presented to some others I see on a regular basis who were interested. I have the ability to use the internet for elemental health as well.
