Even through these difficult times Protection From Abuse Coordinated Services and SafeNet are still available and providing services. Counseling is available by phone, or in person if needed. Victims can walk into the SafeNet building and find an ear that is willing to listen. Emergency legal services can be accessed by contacting PFACS. The hotline number is 814-454-8161. The hotline is available 24/7.
