Thank you to the Health Teaching staff and Nurses at Mcdowell High School for the invite to be a part of the Health Fair for your students today! It was a great opportunity to increase the awareness of EMS in the community and what we do, and how they can incorporate healthy choices in their lives as well!

We enjoyed talking with students about heart health and showing them some of the equipment we use in the field such as heart monitors and LUCAS devices.

Always glad to be a part of these great community events!

This program provides full tuition funding for Erie County residents who enroll in an accredited academic institution and pursue certification as an EMT, AEMT, or Paramedic.

We were glad to stop by and support the Erie High School Red Cross Club’s Blood Drive today at the Booker T Washington Center. We even had a crew head over to roll up their sleeves to donate!

It’s always great to see students and community partners coming together for such an important cause. The Blood Drive runs today from 12:00 to 6:00 PM, so if you have time, consider stopping by and supporting the community by donating blood.

Every donation can help save lives! Thank you to the Erie High Red Cross Club for organizing today’s event!

Today we’re proud to recognize the incredible women of Millcreek Paramedic Service who show up every day ready to serve our community. EMS is a demanding profession that takes dedication, skill, resilience, teamwork and heart …and the women of MPS bring all of that and more to every shift.

On shift today are Jessi, Sarah and Hannah - just a few of the amazing women on our team who help make MPS what it is.

Thank you to the women of MPS and all women in EMS for your commitment, compassion and dedication to caring for others. We are proud and grateful for you all!

While many people are winding down on a Sunday night.. relaxing, getting ready for bed, and preparing for the week ahead.. our night crews are wrapping up the final stretch of a three night run, staying alert and ready to respond to whatever emergencies come their way.

Night shift EMS takes a special kind of dedication, and these crews truly look out for one another. Long hours and late nights have built strong bonds.. not just as partners on calls but as friends who share laughs, support and even make dinner together each shift.

Tonight’s menu? Shrimp Alfredo!
Yes… they take their cooking just as seriously as their work!

We’re incredibly grateful for the commitment, teamwork and heart our crews bring to each shift. And at night… when the community sleeps, they’re here… ready when it matters most🚑

One of the many positives of our upcoming administrative office move is bringing our team even closer together… literally!

As we transition our administrative office to one of the locations where our operational staff reside, our admin and office team will finally be able to step away and enjoy lunch together with our crews. It may seem like a small thing, but time to connect face to face makes a big difference.

We’re excited to be in the same space, work side by side more often, and yes… a few more shared lunch breaks too🚑

We had a great evening celebrating our incredible employees who give so much of themselves all year long at our annual Christmas holiday party. It is a small way to say thank you to our EMS professionals for their dedication, compassion and selflessness throughout the year, which we are so grateful for! The residents of Millcreek Township are so fortunate to have such committed providers serving their community.

We are saddened to hear of the loss of Chief F. Patrick Scully. We are thankful for his many years of service in the Volunteer Fire Service in Millcreek Township. May he rest in peace and our heartfelt condolences go out to his family, friends and the entire emergency services community.

We join others in mourning the passing of former Kearsarge Fire Chief F. Patrick Scully. Pat touched many of of in his many years as a friend, leader and teacher. Pat was the definition of a fireman. He will be sadly missed. RIP old friend.
