Another Award for The City Of Ephrata. Our Volunteer Fire Department was awarded the Washington State Fire Fighters Association "Volunteer Fire House of the Year"! Great Job Jeremy and the rest of the Team!! Mayor Reim.

As we end another great year at Splash Zone, we wish to thank all the Staff and Management who made summer fun! We wish them luck as they head off to College and other Adventures. While you are gone, we are planning on upgrading and enhancing our Parks.
Next years Budget will include over $500,000 in Park improvements.
Also if the weather holds up, we will begin construction of the Pickle Ball/Recreation area at the Sports Complex.
Also plan to upgrade the Patrick Park area with over $70,000 in improvements.
Funding coms from various funds including the Park Impact Fees.
This Goal has been in the works for several years, thanks to the Volunteer Park Commission who have been working on this.

A big Shout Out to our Guys at the Ephrata Wastewater Treatment Plant for the State Outstanding Treatment Plant Award. Even in the midst of a 9 Million Dollar Project, they have been able to surpass Audits and Expectations! Ephrata has the best Service Minded Employees! Just a quick update as things are happening quickly at City Hall. We have just hired a Building Inspector Aid along with a Code Enforcement Officer. A goal that we have been working on for quite some time. More accomplishments to follow!
