Ephraim Water Customers: Drought Pricing Begins June 20

Ephraim City will implement drought pricing for culinary water beginning June 20 due to critically low water conditions. Our water supply is currently at about 50% of our usual level, and our wells are already at the level they would normally be at the end of August.

Drought water rates:

Up to 7,000 gallons: $47
7,001–30,000 gallons: $2.34 per 1,000 gallons
30,001–60,000 gallons: $2.67 per 1,000 gallons
60,001–90,000 gallons: $3.01 per 1,000 gallons
90,001+ gallons: $3.33 per 1,000 gallons

We are asking all customers to help conserve water immediately:

✅ Water no more than 2 times per week
✅ Apply only ½ inch to 1 inch total per week
✅ Do not water between 10 AM and 6 PM
