We’re gathering community feedback on proposed new non-motorized trails in Ephraim & Spring City Canyons, which include approximately 4.5 miles of new trail open to mountain biking, hiking, and equestrian use — including improved access to a scenic waterfall.

Ephraim City is pleased to announce the appointment of Bud Powell to fill the current vacancy on the Ephraim City Council.

Council Member Powell brings more than 25 years of public service experience and has expressed a strong commitment to listening, fiscal responsibility, transparency, and thoughtful service to the community.

We thank all residents who showed interest in serving Ephraim City and welcome Council Member Powell as he begins this new role.

Contrary to popular belief… Ephraim City does NOT sit around picking its favorite businesses.

If a project meets zoning and city code, it can move forward.
And just to be clear—it’s also illegal for cities to discriminate against private businesses.
So no, we can’t just say “we don’t like that one”.
