SICKLE BAR MOWER – INVITATION TO BID

The Village of Enosburg Falls is accepting sealed bids for the sale of a 6-foot double action 3-point hitch sickle bar mower.

The mower is sold as is with no expressed or implied warranties or representations as to its suitability for any particular use.

The Village of Enosburg Falls reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The mower is available for viewing at 210 Dickinson Avenue by appointment only. Arrangements for viewing and any other inquiries regarding this mower should be directed to John Dasaro at (802) 933-4443.

All bids shall be plainly marked: “SEALED BID – Sickle Bar Mower”. No faxed or emailed bills will be accepted. There is no minimum bid.

Bids must be received by 3:00 PM Thursday June 18, 2026, at which time there will be a public bid opening at the Village Main Offices located at 16 Village Drive. Any bids received after that time will not be considered.

DUMP CART – INVITATION TO BID

The Village of Enosburg Falls is accepting sealed bids for the sale of a 4 x 8 foot dump cart with hydraulic hooks ups, dual wheels and an attached jack.

The cart is sold as is with no expressed or implied warranties or representations as to its suitability for any particular use.
The Village of Enosburg Falls reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The cart is available for viewing at 210 Dickinson Avenue by appointment only. Arrangements for viewing and any other inquiries regarding this cart should be directed to John Dasaro at (802) 933-4443.

With the extreme heat we're experiencing today, electricity demand is at an all-time high. 🔥💡

🔋Conservation Tips:

Reduce air conditioning use, and set thermostats a few degrees higher if possible.

Unplug unnecessary electronics and use fans to stay cool.

Limit heavy appliance use like dryers and dishwashers during peak hours (between 7pm and 11pm tonight).

PUBLIC NOTICE - ATV ORDINANCE
Tuesday, June 9th, 2026:

The vote on the petition to repeal the Village ATV ordinance, which was scheduled for tonight, WILL BE been RESCHEDULED.

Because this is considered a Special Town Meeting, it must follow the same statutory procedures and public warning requirements as a traditional Annual Town Meeting. Specific public notice timelines and warning protocols must therefore be followed before the meeting can be held.

A new date, time, and location for the Special Town Meeting will be warned and announced once those requirements have been completed. The vote will take place at that Special Town Meeting.

We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding.
The regular scheduled Board of Trustees meeting will be held at 630PM at the EMS building as scheduled tonight 6/9

NOTICE TO VILLAGE RESIDENTS

The Village Trustees have adopted an ordinance permitting the operation of All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) on certain designated streets within the Village.

A petition to repeal the ordinance has been circulated and has obtained the required number of signatures to force a vote of the registered voters of the Village.

Ballot Question
The purpose of the vote is to determine whether the voters approve the ordinance entitled "Ordinance Regulating All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs)," adopted by the Village Trustees on May 12, 2026.

Date, Time, and Location of Vote
The vote will be conducted during the Village Meeting on June 9, 2026, beginning at 6:30 p.m., at the Emergency Services Building, 83 Sampsonville Rd, Enosburg Falls, VT 05450.

Please note that voting will be conducted in person from the floor during the meeting. Only registered voters of the Village are eligible to participate in the vote.

The Village is currently in the process of adopting an ATV ordinance. At this time, ATV’s are NOT permitted on ANY Village streets under any circumstances.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation and patience while the ordinance process is underway.

On Tuesday, May 12th, paving work will take place in the area of 209 Main Street, Enosburg Falls, beginning at 8:30 AM through approximately 3:00 PM.
