Join us for the 1st Annual Lake Clark Kayak Cleanup on Sept. 26, 8–10 a.m. at 2100 W. Baldridge St. Let’s make a splash and make a difference for our community!

Event Details:
• Bring your own kayak
• Life vest required
• Not for first‑time kayakers
• Waiver required
• Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
• Bring water
• Cleanup map provided

💙 This new event supports our Keep Texas Beautiful efforts and helps protect one of Ennis’s great outdoor spaces.

This Weeks Monday Morning Litter Abatement at 500 Lake Bardwell Drive.
I am out here killing it! 😎🍂

I filled a 13‑gallon bag with litter right in front of my office — 🗑️💪✨
Here’s your friendly nudge: try picking up litter once a week in front of your workplace.

It only takes a few minutes and makes a huge difference!

What a remarkable day at the Downtown Ennis Bluebonnet Market 💙💚
Our native seeds bomb educational event was a blooming success!

We had fun engaging with both youth and adults of our community - teaching about native plants, pollinators, and building seed bombs together to help Ennis grow in all the right ways.

Planting seeds for a brighter future.

Despite the heat we had a good turnout 💥

And we didn't stop there! We even took time to clean up around downtown, collecting 3x five gallon buckets of trash!! We were joined by the Keep Ennis Board, the Mayor and the City of Ennis Parks Department.

Team Ennis-really picking up where it matters 🫶💪

Keep Ennis Beautiful would like to recognize a wonderful young lady Rebecca - who stepped up and picked up litter along E. Milam Street, from Grace Tabernacle - to St. John’s Church! 👏 in the City of Ennis,

Her effort is a great example of environmental stewardship—taking responsibility for caring for the community and environment we all share. 🌳🌱

Environmental stewardship starts with simple actions: picking up litter, protecting our green spaces, caring for our trees and waterways, and encouraging others to do the same.
