PiYo in the park!

PiYo is an athletic, low-impact fitness program that blends the muscle-sculpting and core-firming power of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga.

Instructor Stephannie Wahl is ready to either help you start or continue your PiYo journey!

This class is $10 a person and for ages 10 years and older. Class will be held September 12th at Government Springs Park at 9AM!
