Your library is open during our regular business hours on Saturday, September 12, 2026. Our phones may be down, but our public computers are working! City Digital Systems Scheduled to be Offline for Maintenance

The City of Enid’s Information Technology Department will be replacing the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system over the weekend of Saturday, September 12 and Sunday, September 13.

During this period of maintenance, access to all City network services, phone systems, and online payment systems will be temporarily unavailable. There will be no utility account penalties generated over the weekend.

• No Payments: Payments cannot be accepted online, by phone, or in person.
• No Case Information: Staff will be unable to access or provide information regarding tickets, warrants, court files, or case records.

NOTE: The Enid Fire Department and Enid Police Department systems will not be affected.

This outage is necessary to ensure long-term stability and reliability of the City’s critical infrastructure.

The City appreciates the patience and understanding of residents as we complete this important and necessary upgrade. Services will be restored as soon as the replacement process is complete.

Last month, we had a GREAT time during our Story Trail featuring Buckaroo Bart! Thank you to everyone who came out and joined us, thank you to Barton Taylor for bringing his book 'Will Rogers and His Great Presidential Pals to life', and to the Will Rogers Memorial Museum for helping to make it all possible!

Don’t forget, our Story Trails are always available to enjoy at both Glenwood Park and Champlin Park. Just visit the display, scan the QR code, and take a stroll while listening to the books on display!

It’s Trivia “Night”!!! (still during the day!) Join us tomorrow, September 10 at 4:30pm for another round of trivia! Bring a team or test your knowledge on your own as we cover a variety of topics. All ages are welcome, so come see how much you know!

Yesterday’s Teen Game Night was all about Minecraft! We had a great time building, playing, and hanging out. Next month, we’re switching things up with a Halloween-themed Game Night featuring Mummy Wrap, Pin the Eye on the Monster, Don’t Say “Halloween,” and more. Be on the lookout for more details!

Elementary Book Club is this Saturday! Join us this September 12 at 2pm to talk about The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe by C.S. Lewis, then stay for the movie. We’ll also have some special 3D-printed sword fidgets to give away! Stop by the library to pick up a copy and get ready for another adventure in Narnia. The movie is rated PG. We hope to see you there!
