💜We were at Enfield High School today raising awareness about 998, the national su***de and crisis support line. We asked students, “What would you say to a friend who was struggling?” We got so many amazing, kind and supportive responses - check them out!

💜Today is ! Join us in raising awareness of the 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline and reminding people that support is available. This year’s theme, “988 Reasons: Your reason is reason enough,” reminds us that you don’t have to be in crisis to reach out.

💜988 connects you with a live support person to provide judgement free help. You can call, text or chat online 24/7.

📆September is Su***de Prevention Awareness Month, a time to raise awareness about the signs of su***de, talk openly about mental health and promote resources to support folks who are struggling. We will be sharing these all month.

🤝Su***de Prevention starts with all of us. Together we can create communities where people feel seen, supported and connected. So reach out to a friend. Check in on a neighbor. Listen without judgement.

💜We know that this month can be very hard for loss survivors. We love you and please reach out for support when you need it and snooze our page for the next month if you need to take care of yourself.
