We provide a variety of need-based services to Enfield residents including day care for young, activity centers and programs for teens and seniors. Our services also include transportation and hot meals for seniors, a family resource center and access to services that help with basic needs like food and clothes.

As we coming into the home stretch of Mental Health Awareness Month, here's some quick tips!

Move your body: Physical activity releases natural mood boosters and reduces stress. It doesn’t have to be an intense workout—a brisk walk or light stretching can significantly clear your mind.

Practice gratitude: Train your brain to notice positive emotions by reflecting on 3 things you are grateful for or that went well each day.

Limit social media: Constantly consuming unfiltered information and comparing yourself to others can drain your energy and increase anxiety. Set daily limits or try a digital detox before bed.

Prioritize sleep: Get 7-9 hours of quality sleep nightly. Develop a relaxing wind-down routine and avoid screens or caffeine in the hours leading up to bedtime.

Connect with others & nature: Step outside for fresh air and sunshine to calm your mind. Cultivate meaningful relationships by checking in with friends or family in real life.
