🔥🚒Mark your calendars for the 2026 Campville Junior Fire Camp! 🚒🔥

Times: 6pm - 9pm
Ages: 13 - 16 years old

Throughout the class, Junior Firefighters will learn firefighting skills and tactics, EMS skills, Technical Rescue operations, and even operate our equipment! !

Heard the phrase an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure? In this case, it is a 2.5 pound dry chem fire extinguisher prevented a house fire.
One of our homeowners illustrated the importance of cleaning your chimney often AND having a working fire extinguisher.
Homeowner says he is buying a bigger extinguisher. Maybe two, just in case.

On duty career staff, along with volunteers took advantage of the decent weather Wednesday to brush up on hose line deployment, as well as pump operations.
