I feel incredibly honored to be our next U-E Board Member. The other candidates ran good, honest campaigns and it's unfortunate that there was only 1 seat available this year.

As hard as a campaign can be, I know the real work begins once entering office.

As the last votes are being cast and the counting of chads begins, I'd like to thank everyone who supported my campaign. So many people have given me good counsel, spread the message of my campaign, and gone out to vote for me. Maria Fronek and Nathan Hanzalik 's campaigns last year brought more interest to the school board and made my work much easier. I'm thankful to have a supportive wife in Jenny, who put up with me campaigning every weekend working on the campain . Win or lose, U-E School District will be in good hands. - David Jensen
