The 15th Tablet of Honor is now full. Currently the AVM Committee is reviewing all submitted names for this tablet to be ordered and emplaced over the next six months. As we get dates for engraving, delivery and placement they will be posted to our website and to this FB page. Thank you - each tablet is an 18-24 month process and we appreciate everyone's patience. We will post the Tablet 15 names once final review is complete.

The 304' Frigate Emporia was launched 82 years ago today (August 30, 1943). Named for Emporia, Kansas, it was in the US Navy through World War 2, than sold to France where is served as the Le Verrier for another 11 years. The bell can be found in All Veterans Memorial Park in Emporia.
