About Teen Services: Teen Services strives to make the library a place where you want to be--a place where you can have fun, work on homework, get involved in groups and book clubs, make new friends, and learn new things. Is there a book or graphic novel you're dying to read that you don't see on our shelves? Is there a program you'd like to see us do at the library? Email Amber at [email protected], and we'll do our best to make it happen at EPL! About the library: The Emporia Public Library is the oldest library in the State of Kansas in continuous operation. The mission of EPL is to provide access to informational, educational and recreational services, materials and programs to users of all ages.
