The Recreation and Entertainment Commission is an Emmaus Borough Commission run by local volunteers. The goal is to offer the residents of Emmaus free and affordable entertainment to promote a vibrant and cohesive community for residents of AL

L ages. For 40 years, the Sunday Summer Concert Series has brought joy to folks from Emmaus and the surrounding areas. Every Sunday beginning in early June and ending in late August, a different musical group plays at the Samuel Landis Arts Pavilion at Emmaus Community Park. Check our published events for days and times. The sky's the limit, but we need the community's help to fund these great events. If you or someone you know owns a local business and would like to become a Community Sponsor, please contact [email protected] to discuss details. We have many different levels of sponsorship! Thursday @ 6 pm, our local first responders are coming out to the library to meet you, show you their gear, let you climb inside their vehicles, and answer your questions! It's a great time to show your support and involve your family in developing a plan for dealing with emergencies! As Summer begins to wind down, so does our Summer Concert Series. We have 3 more fantastic shows to bring you.

Don't miss the Fran Mayville Duo this Friday night on the Triangle.
On Sunday, August 24th, the always popular Scott Marshall will be playing at Community Park.
Our last concert of the year will be on August 31st, with the Swingtime Dolls closing out our Summer series.

Many thanks to everyone that has supported these concerts, both financially, and just coming to enjoy a good time!

If you'd like to help plan and put on these concerts, please let us know, as we are always searching for more volunteers to serve on our Commission!
