Eminence High School proudly invites all alumni, former students, faculty, staff, and friends to join us for a once-in-a-generation celebration as we honor the 125th Reunion of Eminence High School! This historic event will bring together graduates from every class spanning 1901 through 2026 for an unforgettable evening of memories, fellowship, and school pride.

The reunion celebration will take place on August the 8th from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with doors opening at 5:00 PM. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy guided school tours from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, offering a special opportunity to walk the halls, revisit cherished memories, and see how Eminence High School continues to grow while honoring its rich tradition. There will be giveaways, get-togethers, and a great meal. The cost will be $20 per person.

Whether you graduated decades ago or are part of the newest graduating class, this evening is designed to celebrate the generations of Warriors who helped shape the legacy of Eminence High School. Reconnect with classmates, share stories, take photos, and celebrate 125 years of excellence, tradition, and community spirit.

Eminence Independent Schools is proud to welcome Mrs. Kerry Richey as the new Principal of Eminence Middle/High School.

Originally from Louisville, Mrs. Richey brings 18 years of experience in education and school leadership. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature with a Minor in Educational Studies from Murray State University, where she was also a member of the soccer team. She later obtained a Master of Arts in Teaching in Learning Behavioral Disorders and a Rank I in Instructional Leadership and Supervision from Spalding University.

Mrs. Richey began her career as a high school ECE English teacher while also coaching high school soccer and cheerleading. Her passion for student success and instructional excellence led her into leadership roles as an ARC Chair and Implementation Coach. Throughout her career, she has served students and staff in a variety of capacities, spending 12 years in Jefferson County Public Schools and 3 years in Shelby County Public Schools before joining Eminence Independent Schools.

For the past three years, Mrs. Richey has served as Assistant Principal at Eminence, where she has built strong relationships with students, families, and staff while demonstrating a deep commitment to our school community. Her dedication, leadership, and vision make her exceptionally well-prepared to lead Eminence Middle/High School into its next chapter of success.

Outside of education, Mrs. Richey has been married to her husband, Shannon, for 14 years and is the proud mother of two children, Khloe (11) and Kash (3). She enjoys watching her daughter play soccer, “earning her mom certificate” while chasing after her energetic son, binge-watching shows with her husband, reading, party planning, and spending time grounded in her faith.

Please join us in congratulating and welcoming Mrs. Kerry Richey as Principal of Eminence Middle/High School. We are excited for the future under her leadership and look forward to the positive impact she will continue to make on our students, staff, and community.

Looking for a great basketball camp for your child this summer? Here it is. Boys and girls grades 4-8. June 15-18. Just $35! Breakfast and lunch included. Learn the game from EKU and EHS hall of famer, Chrissy Roberts! Lady Warriors Coach Thom Coffee and Lady Warrior players will be there as well to help your child learn the game and advance their skills.

If you child is interested in basketball, come learn this summer from Eminence's living legend and all time leading scorer, Chrissy Roberts. Coach Roberts is a former division one women's basketball coach and was an OVC player of the year during her playing days at Eastern Kentucky University.
