Did you know that you can now upload verifications DIRECTLY to your own case? You just need your case number and an email. Receipt will be sent after you have uploaded your verifications for an existing SNAP, Medicaid, Cash Assistance or Publicly Funded Child Care case. No need to create an account or password. You can access our Document Upload service by navigating to our website and click the "Upload Documents" section located on our home page. Follow the link for direct access https://www.lcdjfs.com/upload
