The 2021 recipient of the LCCA Mike Whitmore Award for Vision in Government is Donald Romancak! Donald is the Lorain County Stormwater and Community Development Coordinator.

The Mike Whitmore Award for Outstanding Public Service is designed to afford contemporaries in Lorain County public service an opportunity to honor one of their own for achievement, contribution, vision and leadership.
