The Cities of Elsa, Edcouch, and La Villa are working together to strengthen hurricane preparedness efforts across our communities. Public Works crews from all three cities have joined forces to clean curbs, remove debris, improve drainage flow, and reduce potential flooding risks ahead of hurricane season.

🚨 Emergency Alert System Test – April 2 🚨

Tomorrow, April 2, the City of Elsa, in conjunction with the Texas Division of Emergency Management, will conduct a test of our Nixle warning system.

🕙 Between 10:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., registered Elsa residents will receive a TEST emergency alert.

👉 This is only a test. No action is required.
These tests help ensure our emergency notification systems are working properly so critical information can reach you quickly and reliably when it matters most.
