Join us in congratulating Stephanie from our Elroy office as she celebrates 5 years with Royal Bank! 🎉
As Stephanie reflects on her first five years with Royal Bank, one thing stands out above all else: the people.
From day one, she was impressed by the number of employees who had spent 10, 20, and even 30 years with the bank. To her, that said a lot about the kind of place Royal Bank is. Five years later, she understands why.
Stephanie loves the true team mentality at Royal Bank and appreciates knowing there are always coworkers across the organization she can turn to for help. She also enjoys the variety her role brings and the opportunities to be involved in the communities we serve.
One memory that has stuck with her came during an unexpected stretch of 70-degree weather in February, when employees were encouraged to step away from their desks to get outside for a few minutes and enjoy the sunshine. It was a simple moment, but one that reminded her just how grateful she was to work for a company that genuinely cares about its people.
And if you ask Stephanie what has made the past five years so special, her answer is easy: her coworkers.
