Elon is looking for an organized, collaborative and mission-driven project manager to join the integration team in Charlotte, North Carolina!

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing people and projects together and wants to help advance initiatives that make a meaningful impact across our campuses and communities.

In this role, you’ll support the Chief Integration Officer and Deputy CIO by:
• Coordinating projects focused on integration, shared services, youth engagement, stakeholder engagement and community outreach
• Tracking project timelines, deliverables and budgets
• Coordinating with team members, partners and stakeholders
• Conducting research and supporting the development of new initiative
• Advancing student access, success and transfer student recruitment efforts
• Managing calendars, meetings and occasional travel arrangements
• Supporting programs that connect the Queens and Elon campuses and their communities

The ideal candidate is someone who is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, a strong communicator and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

Three longtime members of the Elon community received the university's highest service honor, the Elon Medallion, during the Opening Day ceremony.

Jim Donathan, longtime associate director of academic advising and academic support; Mary Thornton, founder and president of Harvest Table Culinary Group; and Don Grady, associate professor emeritus of cinema and television arts, heard from former mentors, friends and colleagues before being bestowed the honor by Elon President Connie Ledoux Book.

At Elon, Fullwood leads initiatives on inclusive excellence and is a certified coach. She is a contributor to the Carolinas chapter of the National Association of Diversity Officers in Higher Education and has been a featured speaker and guest on multiple platforms focused on inclusive pedagogy and student experiences.
