🎒 First Day of School Arrival Info for 1st - 5th Grade Families! 🎒
As we prepare for the first day of school on Tuesday, August 11th, here is everything you need to know about arrival at Connally Elementary (100 Little Cadet Ln.):
🚗 Car Drop-Offs
Parents should travel down the Elementary Only entrance of S. Connally Circle and drop off children under the awning, where staff will be available to help unload and es**rt them inside the building.
🚌 Bus Transportation
If your child will be riding the bus, please register directly with Texas Rural Transportation online. For questions, call Texas Rural directly at 254-296-6419.
📄 Paperwork & Medication Drop-Off
Need to drop off registration forms or medications? Follow the Staff and Bus Route to park in the main parking lot and enter through the front entrance of the building.

Doors Open: 7:15 AM
Class Starts: 7:45 AM
Dismissal: 3:15 PM

As we prepare for the first day of school on Tuesday, August 11th, here is everything you need to know about arrival at the Connally Elementary Building Annex (100 B.B. Brown Dr.):
🚸 Parent Walk-Ins (First Day Only)Parents are welcome to walk their students to class on the first day! Please park in the DAEP parking lot and es**rt your student across Cadet Way along the sidewalk to the gym entrance.
🚗 Car Drop-OffsIf you prefer to drop off without leaving your vehicle, use the one-way drop-off lane on B.B. Brown Drive. Students will be dropped off by the blue bridge, met by staff, and es**rted through the gym to their classrooms.

As we prepare to welcome our Cadets back, please take a few minutes to review the updated traffic map for Connally Elementary and Connally Junior High before the first day of school.

Key Reminders:
🟠 Elementary parent drop-off/pick-up will use the south side of the campus.
🟡 Junior High parent drop-off/pick-up will be at the front of the Junior High.
🔵 Buses and staff will use the designated entrance off Old Dallas Road.
➡️ All campus drives are now two-way traffic, and new signage will help guide you.

Thank you for your patience and partnership as we implement these new traffic patterns to provide the safest arrival and dismissal experience for our students.

Please review the attached map before the first day of school. We can't wait to welcome our Cadets back!

• May 21st – 5th Grade End-of-Year Celebration at 6:00 PM in the High School Auditorium
