While the results were not what I wanted I am pleased that so many people came out to vote. I saw many young people casting their very first vote and that is exciting! Many thanks to all who supported my campaign and who volunteered countless hours. Your efforts are greatly appreciated. Stay warm this winter!

Proud of Devin Grindle who is now a Hancock County Deputy Sherif. He was able to complete his freshman year of college while attending Hancock County Technical center and was enrolled in Bridge Academy. This allowed him to be able to graduate a year early with no debt! Creating pathways to great jobs here in Maine has been my life’s work. It’s about putting kids first! Already Devin is giving back to his community by being a guest speaker in the law enforcement program at HCTC.

Here is a new link to the article from the Sun Journal about the session that 91% of my bills were passed into law. The previous link does not work because the site where the article was housed, MaineSenate.org took down the article. The Wayback Machine archive, the website that keeps track of websites, shows this article being removed between October 19th and 22nd. The article described bipartisan legislators and how they were able to get bills passed. In these hyper-partisan times electing a candidate with a proven track record for working across the aisle is what my constituents are telling me at the door. This article that was pulled down is evidence that I am the candidate that brings people together to solve problems. https://senatorbrianlangley.com/news/f/langleys-bi-partisan-success-rate

Maine businesses making a difference in the Ukraine! Am pleased to be a member of the Maine Tourism Association that along with the Retail Association of Maine collected humanitarian supplies and got them to those in need. The retail association of Ukraine greatly appreciated the support from sister retailers in Maine!

Met Liz on the campaign trail today doing doors. Her top priority in a candidate is someone who will work across the aisle….even though she is a registered democrat she knows my record of solving problems and is voting for me. Thank you Liz!

"State Sen. Brian Langley, R-Ellsworth, saw 10 of his 11 bills become law, while one was carried over, giving him a remarkable 91 percent success rate and 100 percent survival rate. Langley had the highest success rate among minority Republican lawmakers who authored more than a single bill."
