One of my favorite things we do in Probate is help people change their name. There are so many reasons people come to us for a name change and our goal is to handle each matter with the sensitivity and empathy it deserves. We have made it to election day!

You may have noticed the ramped up political ads, constant news coverage, and lawns signs as far as the eye can see. You might have experienced a variety of emotions leading up to today, or maybe today is the day where you feel everything all at once. And that is okay. Breathe thought the moments that seem too big, remember you are not alone - there are others feeling the same way, and kindness goes a long way. Today might bring tension, so lead with compassion for yourself and others.

💜Thank you all for the wonderful feedback on my signs! 💜

I threw tradition out the window this election cycle and chose to design signs that captured my spirit and the uniqueness of this position. Probate is at the very bottom of the ballot and I wanted to stand out in the hopes that people voted the whole ballot and not just the top ticket races.

I started my paralegal career after graduating in 2002 from Wellesley College, and returned to Maine. I wanted to be a part of the community and culture that raised me. I started by answering phones and making copies. Today, twenty plus years later I am serving the citizens of Hancock County and making a difference in peoples lives.

It would be my honor to continue to serve Hancock County as your Register of Probate! Please make a plan to vote by November 5th, and encourage all your friends and family to re-elect
