National Stuttering Association: Ellington, CT Family Chapter

National Stuttering Association: Ellington, CT Family Chapter Ellington, CT Family Chapter Meeting people face to face is the greatest way for children and teens to know that THEY ARE NOT ALONE!

The National Stuttering Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing hope and empowerment to children and adults who stutter, their families and professionals through support, education advocacy and research.

The Ellington, Connecticut NSA Family Chapter provides a safe, fun, supportive environment for children and teens who stutter and their parents. Monthly meetings provide the opportunity for children and teens living in the town of Ellington and surrounding counties to meet their peers who also stutter, learn more about stuttering, and feel safe talking aloud. Meetings are also a place for parents to meet other families for friendship and support. Whether by playing games, being inspired by guest speakers from the community (adults who stutter), discussing everyday challenges in school or at home, and so much more…..our chapter is dedicated to empowering children and teens, supporting families, and raising public awareness about stuttering.
