The Ellicottville Police Department reports the arrest of Ramsey L. Nelson, 28, Great Valley NY, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, and several other traffic offenses, following a traffic stop in the Town of Ellicottville. Nelson was issued appearance tickets returnable in the Town of Ellicottville Court. Nelson will appear at a later date to answer to the charges.

Sergel was issued an appearance ticket directing her to appear in the Town of Ellicottville Court, at a later date, to answer to the charge.

The Ellicottville Police Department reports the arrest of Mario Digiacomo, 30, North Tonawanda, NY, for Attempted Assault on a Police Officer, Reckless Endangerment 2nd degree, Resisting Arrest, Obstruct Governmental Administration 2nd - Prevent Official Function , Criminal Possession Controlled Substance -5th:Cocaine 500 Milligrams, Criminal Possession Controlled Substance-5th:Intent To Sell, , Crim Poss Controlled Substance-2nd:Hallucinogen 625 Milligram, Criminal Use Drug Paraphernalia-2nd:Package, Driving While Intoxicated- 1st Offense, and several other traffic offenses following an incident in the Town of Ellicottville. Digiacomo was arraigned in the Town of Great Valley Court and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail with no bail. Digiacomo will appear in the Town of Ellicottville Court to answer to the charges.
