**REMINDER: SPACE IS LIMITED AND THERE IS A PRE-COURSE**

🏍️OHV SAFETY CLASS!!!

Summer is here and that means many people are out on ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes, and similar OHVs. North Dakota law requires anybody ages 12-15 that does not have a driver's license or permit to complete a safety certification course to legally operate these vehicles off of their parents’ property. Oakes is offering 2 courses on July 30: one at 10am and one at 2pm. Space is limited and there is an introductory course that must be completed online prior to the hands-on course.

For more information, there is a link to the flyer at http://www.oakesambulance.com/
You can also call the Oakes Ambulance Garage at 701-742-3244 or contact Curt by email at [email protected]

To register for the course and complete the introductory course, go to the ND Parks and Rec OHV safety page at https://www.parkrec.nd.gov/.../highway.../ohv-safety
When registering, make sure you pick the correct course date and time.

Many men feel pressure to stay strong and keep their struggles to themselves. A simple conversation or check-in can provide support, encouragement, and a reminder that help is available. Sometimes, knowing someone cares is the first step toward reaching out.

While smoking or va**ng may feel like it relieves stress in the moment, it actually keeps the cycle going.

Break free. Breathe deeper. Handle stress on your terms -- not ni****ne's. Every tobacco-free day is a step toward a calmer, stronger you.

Quit tip- practice deep breathing techniques to quiet your mind.

Ni****ne isn't made for growing brains.

For youth, it can impact focus, mood, and how the brain develops -- making it harder to break free later on.

Choose you. Choose your health.

Some kids open up more when they're moving.

Try talking while:
🐕 Walking the dog
🏀 Shooting hoops
🚲 Riding bikes
⚾ Playing catch

💬 Movement can help conversations feel more natural and less intimidating. 💙

Every quit attempt is a step closer to better health.

You don't fail -- you practice. And practice builds success. Try again.

Quit tip- drink water. Water eases some of the discomforts that often come with ni****ne withdrawal.
