Situated in the heart of the mid-Atlantic region, Cecil County is located strategically between Baltimore and Philadelphia. With convenient access to international airports, major seaports and the Interstate 95/ U.S. 40 corridor, Cecil County is at the heart of the technology corridor.Industry leaders, W. Gore, Terumo Medical, Dupont and ATK, have made Cecil County home. There are ample industrial

spaces, wet lab spaces, Class A office spaces and sites for new industry. Access to major regional workforces and comprehensive local business resources make relocation to Cecil County ideal. Fast-Track Permitting, State Enterprise Zones and access to a Revolving Loan Fund are just some of the incentives Cecil County offers.Aside from its business ready climate, Cecil County retains its agricultural lands and open spaces.
