Cecil County Board of Elections The Cecil County Board of Elections is responsible for the management and performance of all activities necessary for fair and successful elections.

The mission of the Cecil County Board of Elections is to inspire public confidence and trust in the conduct of the elections by providing the citizens of Cecil County, Maryland fair and equitable treatment and access to voting and registration in compliance with federal, state and local laws and ordinances.

Reminder - Tuesday, June 2 - Public Demonstration of Voting Equipment
In accordance with the Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR) Title 33.10.01.16 the Cecil County Board of Elections will conduct the pre-election public demonstration of the voting units to be used for June 23, 2026 Gubernatorial Primary Election. The public will be allowed to inspect the printouts of results from the pre-election logic and accuracy testing on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 from 10AM -12PM. The public demonstration will be conducted at the Cecil County Board of Elections, 200 Chesapeake Blvd, Elkton, Maryland – Elk Room.
