VENDOR SPACES ARE NOW 85% SOLD OUT!

We are so excited for Harvest Fest 2026! 🍂

Just a quick reminder as spaces are filling up: If you have not submitted a vendor application, and submitted payment your spot is not reserved. Please make sure you have completed an application to secure your space.

Also, just a reminder regarding “permanent spots”: there are no permanent vendor spots. We reached out to everyone about this several months ago, but we are still receiving calls from vendors assuming they have a spot reserved. We want to make sure everyone has the same information and that spaces are assigned fairly. Please keep in mind the spaces are 12 ft wide, if you have a food trailer that is longer than this, you will need to pay for and reserve multiple spaces.

Thank you so much for your understanding and for making this event so special! We can’t wait to see everyone! 🎃🍂

We’re still smiling thinking about Saturday night! Thank you to everyone who brought out their Jeeps, came out to enjoy the evening, supported our vendors, and helped make our first Jeep Takeover such a huge success! ❤️

Don’t forget to bring a lawn chair if you’d like to grab a seat in front of the stage!

🚨 IMPORTANT TRAFFIC REMINDER: Jeeps participating in the event will be permitted onto the Square. However, other vehicles and through traffic will not be permitted on the Square beginning at 4:30 PM and continuing until the event concludes at 9:00 PM. Please plan accordingly and allow extra time to find parking.
