To gather the community around the issue of childhood trauma and to offer strategies for a way forward, the Local Management Board and Early Childhood Advisory Council invite Cecil County families and service providers to come see Resilience; the Biology of Stress and the Science of Hope (Trailer: https://kpjrfilms.co/resilience/).
The screening will be offered on May 16th at 6:00 PM at the Milburn Stone Theater at Cecil College, and is being provided free of charge. Major General Linda Singh, the Adjutant General of the Maryland National Guard, will give a brief talk after the film and share her own inspiring story.
