Our second Elkridge Volunteer Fire Department Football Pool of the season is here!

The Baltimore Ravens take on the New Orleans Saints on Sunday, September 20 at 1:00 PM.

Blocks are $10 each, with a total of $500 in payouts:

* $125 – 1st Quarter
* $125 – 2nd Quarter
* $125 – 3rd Quarter
* $125 – Final Score

Today, the Elkridge Volunteer Fire Department pauses to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001.

We honor the 2,977 people who were killed that day, including the 343 FDNY firefighters, 23 NYPD officers, 37 Port Authority Police officers, and other first responders who made the ultimate sacrifice while answering the call to help others.

We also remember the countless first responders, recovery workers, military members, and families whose lives were forever changed in the days and years that followed.

Twenty-five years later, we continue to honor their courage, sacrifice, and service.

We will never forget.
