🎃 Spent the morning at the Lamoille pumpkin patch, and my heart is full! 🧡

There's nothing quite like watching the kids race through the patch, so excited to find the perfect pumpkin. Pure joy! This year they also had gourds, and they were such a fun surprise! 🍂

And so many local vendors were out today! If I didn't get a chance to say hi to everyone, I'm so sorry. Thank you all for making this such a special community event! 💛

Missed deadlines cost real money. 💸

Earnest money, inspection, financing: every date in your contract matters, and missing one can put your deal at risk.

As a transaction coordinator, I track every date from day one so you and your clients can focus on closing, not calendars.

📩 Message me to see how I can support your next transaction.

What a busy weekend! 🌿 Saturday morning started with Pack 850 out cleaning up the roadside. So proud of these kiddos for giving back to our community. Dirty hands, full trash bags, and big smiles! 🗑️💚

Last night my husband and I joined friends for Poe & Pints, and we had the best time! 🍺🖤🪶

A huge thank you to the Silverstage Players for such a wonderful production! Watching those dark tales unfold, each one tangled up in fate and destiny, was captivating from start to finish. Nevermore have I been so happy to be doomed! 🐦‍⬛

We can't wait until next year! 🎭
