Elkins School District (ESD) is proud to serve the students and families of Northwest Arkansas and strives to make our online platforms safe and effective for all ages. Our pages provide information of public interest to students, parents, and other residents of Northwest Arkansas and the Elkins community. We encourage community members to engage with us, share thoughts and questions, share our po

sts with their networks, and comment on our posts regarding the posted topics. Staff, students, parents, community members, and visitors are encouraged to:
• Use good judgement in commenting and sharing information
• Be respectful and supportive of others
• Be a positive role model for students
• Be mindful that children use our social media websites
ESD considers its social media platforms to be moderated and limited public forums. As a result, ESD reserves the right to remove comments that are clearly off-topic and inappropriate, including:
• Profane or obscene language or content
• Content that promotes, fosters, or perpetuates prejudice or discrimination against protected classes
• Sexually harassing, lewd, bullying, harassing, or discriminatory content
• Conduct or encouragement of violence, criminal activity, or truancy (please note that threats made against school property is a Class H felony under state law and persons who communicate threats will be reported to law enforcement)
• Spam or comments that include links to external online sites
• Commercial solicitations or advertisements including promotion or endorsement
• Information that personally identifies students or otherwise infringes on a child’s legal rights related to education
• Information that is profane, slanderous, or defamatory against ESD personnel or staff
• Information that may tend to compromise the safety or security of individuals, public schools, or public school systems
Violators of our community standards may have their comments removed from ESD social media platforms. Continued egregious violations of this policy may prompt ESD to block or further restrict an individual’s ability to comment on, or engage with, our official social media platforms. ESD also reserves the right to delete comments and block users from commenting if they violate our community standards. Thank you for doing your part to create a positive social media experience in our community.

From the Greenland School District Summer Meals announcement ☀️🍎

🥳FREE summer meals for all children 18 and under
No income requirements
No residency restrictions — children do not have to live in the Greenland School District
No school enrollment required — children do not have to attend Greenland schools
Weekly meal pickup available every Wednesday during June and July
Pickup location: GHS Cafeteria
Pickup hours: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Daily breakfast and lunch service available May 26 – July 31
Breakfast: 7:30–8:30 AM
Lunch: 11:00 AM–12:30 PM
