Friday, the high school proudly recognized its outstanding students in the Ninth Grade Academy for their academic achievement, community leadership, excellent attendance, and most improved growth. Scholars have worked hard, shown resilience, and truly embodied what it means to rise to the challenge. We’re honored to be a beacon of support and pride for our freshmen as they prepare to step confidently into 10th grade.

More than 50 Myers students and their families celebrated the completion of kindergarten Thursday afternoon at an MES move up ceremony. The students recited a farewell to kindergarten poem, and belted out the “We’re Moving Up” graduation song, and reveled in singing the Myers school anthem. Every student had their moment in the sun, as each had their name called, and came up to the stage to receive a medal and pose for their pictures.
