Good morning Cheltnham. The next few days promise debilitating heat. Temperatures will be in the high 90's and real feel temps will be over 100. This is dangerous heat! If you don't have air conditioning considering going to a library or mall during the heat of the day.
To stay safe in extreme heat, prioritize staying hydrated, keeping your core body temperature low, and avoiding direct midday sun. Never leave children or pets inside a parked car. Seek immediate medical attention for symptoms of heat stroke, such as confusion, slurred speech, or loss of consciousness. Remember to check on your neighbors. BE cautious of strong thunderstorms late in the afternoons. Be safe!
