Our focus at Rise Up Resources is to help foster families within the first few days of a new placement. We want to be able to supply them with 5-7 outfits, pajamas, underwear, socks, hygiene products, etc.

We are setting up Tub Sponsors to help make this possible. By sponsoring a tub in our Foster Closet, you help ensure our shelves stay stocked so every kiddo receives what they need.

This is a simple, hands on way to make a BIG difference! Perfect for individuals, families, church groups, or community organizations to serve. Tub Sponsorship is typically a year long commitment.

We are working on setting up a sign up form. If you're ready to fill a tub and change the way foster care begins now, comment below or private message us so our Coordinator can reach out to you.

Yesterday we were asked if we could help with some new clothes for a pr***en girl. We didn’t have any clothes in her size. We were able to help with a new backpack. If you are looking to help a good cause we need supplies for children coming into foster care. We have received clothing for the littles but we don’t have much for kids 4 and up!! Please spend your kohls cash or your rebates on some comfy sweats or sweatshirts or underwear and socks to help stock the foster closet!!!

We have been informed we will be receiving donations of blankets and quilts!!

Loves truck stop in Elkhorn has some great clearance items at the moment.
Licensed TY plushies are 2.10
And Plus Plus are 50-70% off so like 5-10.00 (I'm not sure what this is so I'm not sure if it's something we need😆)

The TY plushies would be a great comfort item.

We are also thrilled to announce that May is just around the corner and it's National Foster Care Month!! We'd love to join forces with compassionate groups in May to help us stock the foster care closet!

Here is a wishlist we created through Walmart. This is just to give you an idea of what we are collecting. Please feel free to buy different brands, sizes of packages, etc. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!

We will have a better idea on Monday of how many shelving units and size/number of tubs we will need so if you are interested in buying either of those, please reach out.
