🎶 Island of Blues Band Feature: J R Clark 🎶

Next up in our Island of Blues band lineup: JR Clark Band! 🎸🔥

Known for his distinct Chicago Blues sound, JR Clark brings much more than the blues to the stage. His original music blends Blues, Soul, Funk, and Southern Rock, creating a high-energy show where you never quite know what’s coming next.

With the release of Time Ticks Away in November 2025, JR Clark now has an impressive 11 albums of original music to his name—and his songwriting and passionate performances have earned him a following far beyond the traditional blues scene.

✨ Highlights:
🎶 11 albums of original music
🎸 A sound that blends Blues, Soul, Funk & Rock
🔥 Known for high-energy, passionate live performances
🎤 Mentored by Lil’ Ed Williams of Lil Ed & The Blues Imperials
🏆 Backed by veteran musicians with national and international touring experience

And this is one seriously talented band. Bassist Johnny B. Gayden, a Chicago Blues Hall of Famer and former member of Albert Collins & The Ice Breakers, has also recorded with artists including B.B. King and Johnny Winter.

Come experience the energy for yourself when JR Clark Band takes the Island of Blues stage at 5 PM!
