The City of Elkhart, with the team at The Lerner Theatre, is presenting a community-wide training opportunity centered around safety and security for events and public gatherings on Tuesday, April 9th at The Lerner Theatre.
"This training will be focusing on situational awareness/mitigating risk through guest services, de-escalation training for frontline teams, active threat/active shooter preparedness and best practices for building your security culture. The purpose of this training is to empower our community and event organizers/facilitators in adopting practices for your events or organizations that ensure that we are all properly trained and ready should an emergency arise."
