A reminder from Hawkeye Sanitation: Please make sure you have adequate space between the totes and between mail boxes, parked cars or other obstacles. Depending on the availability of staff, they may use the truck with the arm or they may have a person pick up the totes. Since they don't know week to week it is best to always make sure the recommended space of five feet between totes is there. If they think they will hit something with the arm they will NOT pick up the tote.

Thank you for your cooperation.
