❤️🤍 What a great first Elementary CCS Assembly!

The cheerleaders kicked things off with the school song and our Student Council did a fantastic job teaching our elementary students about Caring, Commitment and Safety and what it looks like to put CCS into action each day.

🔧 Learning to Weld with Technology! 🔥

Students in Mr. Bergan's Welding Safety class the opportunity to try out a welding simulator borrowed from Keystone AEA! The simulator tracks students’ movements as they practice and provides instant feedback in five key areas: aim, travel speed, work angle, travel angle, and contact-tip-to-work distance (CTWD).

This technology gives students a chance to practice their technique, receive immediate feedback, and build confidence as they learn the fundamentals of welding. A great hands-on learning experience without the sparks! 👏
