Donna Eden is a ROCKSTAR ⭐️💫✨🌟❣️❣️in the Energy Psychology and Energy Medicine world. As I made my way to my Lyft after a long, enriching and draining ( new learning takes as well as gives energy ) week at the ACEP conference, I had the pleasure, privilege and honor of thanking Donna and her husband Dr. David Feinstein for their life’s work and keynote presentation on Sunday. For those unfamiliar with this area of work the best way to consider it is as a human interaction form of physics, electricity and even mathematics . I am not well versed in either of these but can say the concept of “ where attention goes, energy flows” is a foundational one for us. Except the energy is about relationships, healing intentions, and is drawn from many schools of thought in ancient traditions and Eastern Medicine.
Donna’s own energy is bright and palpable and truly contagious. I left this selfie boosted for the next hour.
This moment helped me re-set about why I do the work I do and wish to continue it.
