Essex County, NY Women, Infants and Children WIC WIC Income Guidelines

The Essex County WIC Program provides food, nutrition counseling, breastfeeding support and referrals to families who are income eligible. Our services are designed for pregnant, breastfeeding and postpartum women and children up to the age of 5. Children can include those raised by dads, aunts and uncles, grandparents and those in foster care. Foods provided on the program contain essential vitamins and minerals to support healthy growth. To qualify financially you may use an active Medicaid card, SNAP (food stamps) letter, or pay stubs. To see if you qualify, you may compare your income to our income guidelines or call our office. If you are currently pregnant, your unborn baby will count as additional member of your household.
