We are starting a brand-new Perfect Attendance Monthly Award program at Active Day of Elizabethtown! We love seeing our members' smiling faces every day, and we want to celebrate their dedication.

🎟️ Weekly Entries: Every week a member attends ALL of their scheduled days, their name will be entered into a special drawing.

Our Active Day of Elizabethtown family is getting ready for an upcoming Halloween event, and we need your help to make it extra special! We are collecting individually wrapped Halloween candy to ensure everyone has a fun and festive time.

CNAs & Program Assistants: Thank you for your tireless hands-on care, patience, and kindness in every interaction.

Yesterday was a special day at Active Day of Elizabethtown. We gathered to wish Bre the best of luck as she leaves to pursue her LPN degree!
We made sure not to say "goodbye" because once you're part of the Active Day family, you're always family. We are so excited for everything ahead of her and know she is going to make an incredible nurse.
