Woman's Club of Elizabethtown is proud to deliver donations to organizations throughout our community through the efforts of club officers and members. We are excited to support more than 25 local causes with the fundraising dollars generated this year, and we are grateful for the opportunity to give back to the area we call home.

The final meeting of the 2025-26 year for the Woman's Club of Elizabethtown was filled with lots of conversation, laughter and great food yesterday at The Brown Pusey House. New officers for the upcoming year were installed and members dressed in Derby attire to celebrate in true Kentucky style.

The room is set for our May meeting and luncheon tomorrow at The Brown Pusey House. We are excited about having lunch together and installing our 2026-27 officers.

Early morning April showers didn't keep members from attending the Woman's Club meeting today. Delicious and beautiful Easter treats were provided by hostesses Marilyn Wiseman, Maritza Johnson and C.J. Shepard (not shown). Rose Harris was recognized as the sole April birthday attendee. Judge Kim Shumate and teen court ambassador, Zeanna Young, made an interesting presentation about our local teen court.

The April Woman's Club meeting will be held at The Brown Pusey House this Friday, April 3rd. Social time begins at 9:15 a.m. and the Club meeting immediately follows at 10:00 a.m. Our guest speaker this month is Judge Kim Shumate who will be discussing current legal issues. You don't want to miss it!
