Today, Helping Hand of Hope pauses to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the heroes who courageously responded, and the families whose lives were forever changed.

May we honor their memory by choosing compassion, serving our neighbors, and standing together as a community.

Today, we celebrate the incredible difference that kindness, generosity, and compassion can make in the lives of others.

At Helping Hand of Hope, we witness that difference every day. Because of our donors, volunteers, community partners, and supporters, we can provide food, beds for children, emergency assistance, and hope to neighbors facing difficult times.

Charity is more than giving—it is standing beside someone and reminding them they are not alone. Thank you for helping us continue our mission of neighbors helping neighbors. Together, we are making our community stronger, one act of kindness at a time.

Today, on National Food Bank Day, we are reminded that food is more than something we put on the table—it represents comfort, dignity, security, and hope.

At Helping Hand of Hope, we have the privilege of walking alongside individuals and families in our community when they need a little extra help. Through our food pantry and the generosity of our donors, volunteers, churches, businesses, and community partners, we are able to help make sure our neighbors have food on their tables.

Every donated can, every bag of groceries, every dollar given, and every hour volunteered makes a difference.

Today, we want to say THANK YOU to everyone who helps keep our shelves stocked and our doors open. Because of you, our neighbors can choose the foods that work best for their families and leave knowing their community cares about them.

Neighbors helping neighbors—that’s what Helping Hand of Hope is all about. ❤️

Today is National Dog Day! Our pet food pantry serves those fur babies in need of food as well. This program is made possible by donations of food given to HHH to serve those animals in Hardin County needing assistance. No don’t dollars are ever used for this program. 🐾 Happy National Dog Day.
