How Does Your Garden Grow??!! The Urban Community Garden at JFSCNJ grows with the help of dedicated RSVP volunteers. Today over 35 pounds of radishes and lettuce were harvested! RSVP Volunteers continue to make a tremendous difference at JFSCNJ during these challenging times! These dedicated individuals serviced Union County food insecure families at the JFSCNJ Charlotte Shak Food Pantry, delivered food to those in need and helped plant vegetable plants in the Urban Community Garden this past week. Rainy Days and Mondays definitely don't get these RSVP volunteers "down"! These dedicated and compassionate individuals helped prepare the Urban Community Garden for the 2020 Season while others helped pack emergency food bags in the Charlotte Shak Food Pantry.
