Whitney Twiford Waddington recently attended the Outer Banks Festival of Model Aviation hosted by the Dare County Radio Control Flyers, where aviation enthusiasts of all ages gathered to celebrate innovation, skill, and a shared passion for flight.

As a fourth-generation member of the Twiford family, Whitney is proud to continue a legacy built on serving others and staying connected to the people and organizations that help our community thrive. Events like these remind us that whether it's a model aircraft, a dream, or a community initiative, great things happen when people are encouraged to soar.
